MAST is a mural painter and commercial artist from Yonkers, New York. He began making a name for himself in NYC's graffiti scene in the early 90s, earning a reputation for coupling aggressive letters with stylized characters. His attention to detail and focus on graffiti letter-forms provide a foundation in traditional style writing as he continues to hone the illustrative vocabulary of his visual language. His past life as an editorial art director instills a sensitivity to typography, composition, and color that informs the evolution of his fine art and large-scale mural work.

 

By following his passion for graffiti and mural painting, MAST has traveled the world participating in graffiti jams, competitions, and mural festivals. He has served as an aerosol-art cultural ambassador for the US State Department in conjunction with Meridian International and the NEXT LEVEL hip-hop diplomacy program, serving as an artist educator in Bahrain in 2022 and Suriname in 2025.

As a commercial artist, he has contributed his creative vision and NY graffiti aesthetic to partnerships with top-tier brands such as Off-White, Nike, RedBull, BodyArmor Sports Nutrition, Roger Dubuis, Snipes, and LinkedIn. He was also invited to collaborate on a mural for the Museum of Graffiti in Wynwood, Florida. With a career built on authenticity, MAST continues to push his creative boundaries whether working with global brands or painting for local communities abroad.
